All products are manufactured in accordance with international quality standards including EN 1335, EN 527, BIFMA, GREENGUARD, and FSC certifications. Product specifications, colors, and availability may vary and are subject to change without notice.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified and are subject to change without prior notice. Custom orders, OEM/ODM projects, and bulk purchases may be subject to separate pricing agreements negotiated directly with our sales team.

Payment terms will be specified in your purchase agreement or invoice. For international orders, additional charges such as customs duties, import taxes, and shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Beechair ships to customers worldwide across Europe, North America, South America, Middle East, Australia, Asia, and emerging markets. Delivery times vary depending on destination, order volume, and product customization requirements.

Estimated delivery dates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Beechair shall not be liable for any delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect goods upon receipt and report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery.

Our products are backed by our commitment to quality, with a product return and damage rate below 0.02%. Warranty terms vary by product category and will be specified in your purchase documentation.

Returns of standard products may be accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to our return policy. Custom-made products, OEM/ODM orders, and personalized items are generally non-returnable unless defective.

For OEM/ODM customers, intellectual property rights for custom-developed products will be governed by separate agreements. Any designs, specifications, or confidential information shared during collaboration must be kept strictly confidential.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Beechair and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our products or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Foshan, Guangdong Province, China, unless otherwise agreed in a separate contract.

Beechair reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
