Welcome to Beechair, a division of Singer Furniture Group. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our services, products, and website. By accessing our services, placing orders, or engaging with Beechair in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Beechair is a global office furniture manufacturer specializing in ergonomic chairs, office seating solutions, gaming chairs, and comprehensive office furniture systems. We serve clients across Europe, North America, South America, Middle East, Australia, Asia-Pacific, and emerging markets including BRICS nations, Africa, and Southeast Asia.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

4. Order Terms and Conditions

4.1 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Beechair. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of insufficient inventory, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Payment terms: Typically 30% deposit, 70% before shipment
  • Accepted payment methods: T/T, L/C, and other mutually agreed methods
  • Late payment may incur additional charges

4.3 Minimum Order Quantities

MOQ requirements vary by product category and customization level. Standard MOQs range from 50-500 pieces depending on the specific product and market requirements.

Beechair maintains a defect rate of less than 0.02% through rigorous quality control processes managed by 15+ quality inspection and technical engineers, with 3+ QC personnel per production line.

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.2 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise specified in the purchase agreement.

7. Warranties and Returns

7.1 Product Warranty

  • Upholstery and fabric: 1-2 year warranty against defects
  • Electronic components: 1 year warranty

7.2 Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for manufacturing defects. Custom-made products are generally non-returnable unless defective. Return shipping costs may apply based on the reason for return.

7.3 Warranty Limitations

Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, accidents, or damage caused by improper assembly or maintenance.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Beechair IP

All trademarks, trade names, logos, designs, and proprietary information belonging to Beechair are protected intellectual property. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8.2 Custom Designs

For custom product development, intellectual property rights will be clearly defined in separate design and development agreements. Client-specific designs remain confidential and are not shared with third parties.

8.3 Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, designs, pricing, and business processes shared during the course of business.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Liability Limits

Beechair's total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our products shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific products giving rise to the claim.

9.2 Excluded Damages

In no event shall Beechair be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9.3 Force Majeure

Beechair shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or supply chain disruptions.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10.2 Dispute Resolution Process

  • First: Direct negotiation between parties
  • Second: Mediation through recognized commercial mediation services
  • Third: Arbitration under the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC)

10.3 Jurisdiction

For international disputes, parties may agree to arbitration under ICC (International Chamber of Commerce) rules or other mutually acceptable international arbitration bodies.
